Orders are filled within 24-48 hours from receipt of order, Monday through 2:00 pm Friday, excluding holidays. Please keep in mind that our products are 'kid tested', so that means we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays for 'testing'!
Shipping prices are calculated during the checkout process using Canada Post’s integrated shipping module. Our handy 'Shipping Estimator' gives you an idea of the cost to ship before entering all of your contact information. This estimate is for Expedited* service with a tracking number. Once you complete the checkout process, you may select from a list of shipping options, with delivery times, that service your area. Actual shipping times are often faster than the estimates below.

NOTE: Statutory holidays may add an extra day. Delivery outside of major urban centres may take longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the estimated arrival time.
**During 'free shipping' promotions, packages to the USA are shipped by Small Packet Surface. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks and a tracking number is not available. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your service - we will charge you for the difference from the free service to the upgrade.

If you're in a hurry, simply shop online and select the 'free local pickup' option in your shopping cart. Then leave a message in the comments box to say when you'd like to pick up. We'll contact you to confirm.
International Orders
If you would like to send a package abroad, simply enter the destination address in your shopping cart and our shipping module will give you the options for cost and arrival times. Shipping promotions do not apply to International Orders.
Customs and Duties
Depending on the shipping destination, your order may be subject to your country's duties and taxes. Milk Factory Designs does not pay these charges--they are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
Gift Packs
Due to the custom nature, most gift packs are excluded from shipping and other sale promotions.
