Orders are filled within 24-48 hours from receipt of order, Monday through 2:00 pm Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping prices are calculated during the checkout process using Canada Post’s integrated shipping module. Our handy 'Shipping Estimator' gives you an idea of the cost to ship before entering all of your contact information. This estimate is for Expedited* service with a tracking number. Once you complete the checkout process, you may select from a list of shipping options, with delivery times, that service your area. Actual shipping times are often faster than the estimates below.

NOTE: Statutory holidays may add an extra day. Delivery outside of major urban centres may take longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the estimated arrival time.
**Free shipping in the USA is by Small Packet Surface. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks and a tracking number is not available. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your service - we will charge you for the difference from the free service to the upgrade.
Local Pick-up
If you live, work or play near Downtown Vancouver, feel free to contact us to arrange for pick-up before you place your order online.
Please note that during busy sale! times, and because we do not have a location that is open to the public, pick-up options vary and may take up to a week or more. We are currently offering pick-up meetings at:

Yaletown
Urban Fare, 177 Davie Street (map)
Or at any Shopping Event that we are exhibiting at. Simply call or email your order in advance and we'll have it ready for you to pick up at the event.
International Orders
If you would like to send a package abroad, simply enter the destination address in your shopping cart and our shipping module will give you the options for cost and arrival times. Shipping promotions do not apply to International Orders.
Customs and Duties
Depending on the shipping destination, your order may be subject to your country's duties and taxes. Milk Factory Designs does not pay these charges--they are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
Gift Packs
Due to the custom nature of the gift packs, shipping and other sale promotions do not apply.
