All items purchased at www.milkfactory.com may be returned within 30 days of ordering for an exchange or a full product refund. We do not reimburse shipping charges. All items must be unwashed, unused and tags still attached.
Unless they are deemed to be defective, items purchased through a Milk Factory retailer must be returned or exchanged through that specific retailer, following the retailer's returns and exchange policy.
Please download and complete the return form at the bottom of this page and include it with your return, via regular post with a tracking number. Milk Factory will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your return, it takes approximately 2-3 business days to process your refund. A credit for the value of the returned product should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s).
RETURN SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. Please ensure that you use regular post with a tracking number, and not a courier company such as FedEx, to send your returns. All courier packages will be refused, as extra duty and brokerage charges will be applied to your package. Milk Factory will not be held responsible for duty and brokerage or courier charges.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you believe your product is defective, please have your return authorized by sending details via our Contact Form. Then send us the item, along with the return form below, using regular post. Milk Factory will reimburse shipping charges on items declared defective. Requests that include, but are not limited to, damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.) will not be accepted.
