The new year is almost here and there's little doubt that it'll be another busy one! So, in anticipation, we're getting a head start on our resolutions!

2009 is going to be all about change! Change is good. I like little changes. They keep things fresh and fun! They offer you a chance to simplify, revamp, declutter, re-motivate and try new things.

One change was to simplify some of our technology, so our phone number has changed. Our new number is (604) 899-1180. If you call the old number, not to worry, you'll get a message with the new number. For our long distance customers, we still have the toll-free #: 1 (866) 480-MILK (6455).

Over the years we've all signed up for newsletters from companies that we want to stay in touch with. Whether it's for promotions, being the first to know about new stuff, or just because we like to hear what they have to say. I recently found that I have so many that I only skim over them, and more often than not, I just delete them.

With the number of newsletters you receive, you may not have noticed that October and November issues of 'delivered fresh' didn't hit your Inbox. We're helping you declutter too!
